- Engineer (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/IT):E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in the respective discipline from a recognized university with minimum required post-qualification experience (typically 1 year for E-1 grade).
- Officer (Materials / HR / Secretarial / Accounts): Degree in Engineering/MBA/PGDBM/CA/CMA/Post-Graduate degree based on specific functional requirements with relevant executive experience.
- Managerial Cadre (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Chief Manager): Relevant professional degrees with extensive supervisory/managerial experience in continuous process chemical, fertilizer, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Medical Cadre (Additional CMO / CMO): MBBS degree with post-qualification hospital/industrial medical practice experience.
