1. Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Marketing Executive: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of post-qualification marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on executive education, universities, management institutions, or EdTech organizations.
- Faculty: Postgraduate qualification in any discipline with at least 55% marks, coupled with relevant teaching or corporate training background.
- Dean: MBA/PGDM/Ph.D./M.Phil. with at least 55% marks and extensive senior-level leadership experience in a premier academic or banking training institute.
2. Age Limits (As on 31.08.2026)
- Marketing Executive: 28 to 40 years
- Faculty: 35 to 55 years
