Online applications were taken on July 4 for CGL-20125. Through this examination, 48 departments and ministries of the central government are recruited for various places. Inspector Central Exc. 1306 spaces of Central Excise, 771 spaces of Tax Assistant, 353 spaces of CBIC Inspector, 180 spaces of CAG Accountant-Junior Accountant, 389 spaces of CBDT Income Tax Inspector, 94 of ASO Assistant-ASO in IB, DOPT CS. The Assistant section Officer has 682 places. 1174 spaces of CGDA auditor, 14 spaces of sub inspector in the NIA, 30 spaces of sub inspector narcotics in NCB, 93 spaces of CBI Sub Inspector, CBDT Officer Superintendent’s 6753 places.
CGL Tier-1 pattern
CBT type paper will be 1 hour in which 100 questions of 200 marks will be asked. In all four sections, 25-25 questions of 50-50 marks will be asked 1. General Intelligence and Reasoning, 2. General Awareness, 3. Quantitative Aptitude and 4. English Grammar. Half marks will be cut for each wrong answer.
Selection process
Stage 1 Tier-1: Computer based examination (qualification in nature).
Stage 2 Tier-2: Paper I (mandatory for all posts), paper-2 for candidates who are applying for JSO posts. Tier-2 Paper-1 will have four sections

The SSC on Thursday announced the information of the admission card and examination for the stenographer grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ exam-20125. Candidates can check the city information by logging in to the Commission’s official website. The stenographer grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ exams will be held on August 6, 7 and 8. In addition, the SSC has also announced the date of the Joint Hindi Translator Examination (Paper-1). The exam will be held on August 12. SSC has also issued instructions by the SSC along with the information of the admission certificate and exam city. Candidates who have chosen the option of ‘their author’ must fill the author’s details on the Commission’s website by 11:59 pm on August 2.
