Defence Research and Development Organisation is a major organisation operating under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, which works in the field of research and development. Eligibility
To apply for this post, candidates should have B.Tech / B.E. / M.A. / M.Sc. / Graduate Engineer / Post Graduate Science subjects in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Candidates who are appearing for the final semester examination can also fill this vacancy form. Apart from this, candidates should also have a valid GATE score card in the relevant field. Candidates can also check other details related to eligibility from the official notification of recruitment.
Age Limit- The age limit of unreserved / EWS candidates for filling the form should not be more than 35 years as on the last date of application. At the same time, the age limit of OBC (NCL) candidates should not be more than 38 years, SC / ST should not be more than 40 years.
Salary- The selected candidates will get basic salary-56,100/- monthly salary as per level-10. However, it will reach Rs. 1,00,000/- including HRA and other allowances.
Selection Process- Candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview on the basis of GATE score card. Candidates will get information about this later through RAC / DRDO. That is, candidates will not have to appear for any kind of written examination.
Application Fee- General/EWS and OBC male candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 100. At the same time, there is no fee for SC/ST/Divyangjan and female candidates.
The final selection of candidates will be on the basis of merit. In which 80 percent weightage will be based on GATE score card and 20 percent marks on personal interview.
